I fell in love with Bikram yoga 5 yrs ago, and it was the piece of me I didn’t know I needed. This yoga has pushed and pulled me in ways I didn’t know were possible. I have been coming to Bikram Yoga Shelton for 2 years now and it is top notch. Extremely clean facility and every instructor is amazing & unique in their own style of teaching. Peaceful light atmosphere where you can find refreshing healing energy in any class. I am grateful for this place!

Teacher Training FAQ:

Q: Can I make up dates?

A: Absolutely- a large portion of the training is memorizing the dialogue. As long as you work on & keep up with studying the dialogue- make up days will be a breeze!

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

A: Yes- email us and we can work on a mutually agreeable payment plan! We want the training to be accessible to all interested parties!

Q: Do I need to be a current student to attend the training?

A: No - all are welcome!

Q: Do I need to have a perfect practice to become a teacher?

A: No! In yoga, we are forever students - even when we become teachers. Wherever you are in your personal practice will not affect your ability, desire or passion to teach! Any struggles you encounter physically or mentally will only enhance your compassion, knowledge  and skill as an instructor.
